Technical Service Manager

We are now looking for a Technical Service Manager to play a key role in our service organization worldwide.
What you will be doing?
Reporting to the Service Director, you will join our global Service organization consisting of app. 40 employees. The role combines people leadership with technical and performance responsibility.
You will have overarching responsibility for leading and strengthening your service teams, ensuring a motivated, skilled, and high‑performing service organization capable of meeting customer demands for service and maintenance activities.
At the same time, you will drive a strong technical and customer‑centric approach, contributing directly to growth, sales, and profitability. Through close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, you will support efficient service delivery and a consistently high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Hold leadership responsibility for Service Project Managers, Field Service, Service Administration, and the Installation & Commissioning team
Develop and execute technical service strategies aligned with regional needs, customers, and internal stakeholders
Provide and coordinate technical support and troubleshooting for process equipment and complete processing lines
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Service Team on technical solutions, upgrades, and service offerings
Contribute to the development of the global service organization, including cross‑regional coordination
Ensure full responsibility for Health & Safety within your area, taking all reasonably practicable measures to protect employees under your leadership
Manage case handling, planning, and follow‑up using CRM and D365
Be responsible for handling service warranty cases and customer claims
The position is based at Haarslev’s office in Haarslev, Funen, Denmark.

We are looking for a technically strong, commercially affinity minded leader with a passion for delivering reliable service solutions in a complex industrial environment. We imagine that you have:
6-8 years of experience
an educational Background in Mechanical/Marine/Mechatronic Engineering
strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
leadership experience from international and cross‑functional environments
the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
